Sedona Toys for Tots

This beloved national campaign is a cornerstone of SAVCO’s efforts every year. We are proud to spearhead this event in Sedona with the help of other local organizations and bring the spirit of Christmas to local children in need.

Sedona Toys for Tots provides toys to children ages 1-14 years. Our volunteers set up toy collection boxes in more than 50 local businesses and organizations in the Sedona area in early November. We then collect, sort, and bag toys, stocking stuffers, and books for each family. Local social welfare agencies, church groups, schools, and other philanthropic organizations register families and distribute the gifts. We also accept donations to purchase toys, books, bikes, and bike helmets for children.

There are lots of opportunities to help with Toys for Tots, everything from filling bags with toys, delivering bags, shopping for bikes at Walmart, helping with the bicycled distribution day or playing Santa or Mrs. Claus. There’s something for everyone!
